Errors in Pricing or Inventory
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and we cancel your order, we will issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the charge.

All physical items purchased from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the third-party shipping carrier. Customs and Import Duties
If you order products from our Site for delivery outside of Canada, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. 6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All purchases made through our Site are strictly subject to our standard Refund and Returns Policy.
Mandatory Physical Return
As detailed in our specific policy, we do not offer a “Refund-Only” or “No-Return-Refund” option under any circumstances. To qualify for a financial refund, credit, or product replacement, the physical product must be shipped back to our corporate facility for verification and quality inspection.
